January 30, 2008: 2.03 To the Last Man (n.b.: this conflicts with the on-screen appearance of the date "Friday 20th" in the episode)

February 20/21, 2008: 2.06 Reset

March 12, 2008 (approx.): 2.09 Something Borrowed

March 19/20, 2008: 2.10 From Out of the Rain

(Jack enters the Outpost from March 20, just after From Out of the Rain and before Adrift.)
